McORE Shipping Policy

This policy explains how orders from mcorefit.com are processed and delivered.

Order Processing Time

  • Pre-Orders: Estimated delivery is 10–12 weeks after full payment. Please note that from the initial deposit to final payment, we typically allow 4–8 weeks as part of our built-to-order lean manufacturing process.

  • In-Stock Orders: Processed within 5-8 weeks and assigned a tracking number once shipped.

We will notify you promptly in case of any unexpected delays.


Shipping & Delivery Options

  • Standard Delivery: Products are shipped curbside. Customers are responsible for moving and assembling the unit (we recommend at least two people).

  • White Glove Delivery (U.S. only): Available within 60 miles of major metropolitan areas. This includes delivery, placement, and assembly.

To request White Glove Delivery:

  1. Complete your order online.

  2. Email info@mcorefit.com with your order number and subject line “Inquiry to Upgrade to White Glove Delivery.”

  3. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide upgrade instructions.

Once your unit arrives in your area, a technician will contact you via text and email to schedule assembly. Please ensure you are available at the confirmed time — rescheduling may require an additional fee.


International Orders

  • International shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Fees vary by country; please check with your local customs office before placing an order.

  • McORE cannot pre-calculate or cover these charges.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details or we will share you via Email.
