McORE Refund Policy

At McORE, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. Please review our refund policy below before placing your order.


Return Eligibility

  • Covered Products: Our refund policy applies to all McORE reformers and bundles.

  • Return Period: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.


Restocking Fee

  • Once your order has shipped or been fulfilled, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned products.

  • This fee covers inspection, testing, repackaging, and certification costs.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • All items must be returned in their original packaging to protect the machine during transit.

  • If the original packaging is unavailable, please contact our team for approved alternatives.


Return Process

  1. Contact McORE Support: Email info@mcorefit.com to initiate a return. Our team will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions.

  2. Package Securely: Place the unit in its original packaging. Include all parts, accessories, and manuals.

  3. Ship the Return: Send the unit to the address provided by McORE Support, clearly marking the RA number on the package.

  4. Inspection & Refund: Once received, our team will inspect your unit. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing.

  5. Refund Issuance: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method once inspection is complete.


Non-Refundable Items

  • Items damaged through misuse or neglect.

  • Units not returned in their original condition or missing components.

  • Shipping, handling, and assembly service fees.

McORE Residential Limited Warranty

McORE Fit, Inc. (“McORE”) guarantees to the original purchaser that our products and component parts are free from defects in material and workmanship within the specified periods below. This Limited Warranty covers residential use only unless otherwise noted.


Coverage

  • Frame & Structural Parts
    Covered against defects in workmanship or materials for 5 years from the original purchase date.

  • Moving Components (springs, wheels, straps, pulleys)
    Covered against malfunction due to defects for 1 year from the original purchase date.

  • Electronics & Display Modules (if equipped)
    Covered against malfunctions due to defects for 1 year from the original purchase date.

  • Upholstery & Padding
    Covered for 6 months against manufacturing defects (tears, separation, or faulty stitching).


Warranty Limitations

The following are not covered by this Limited Warranty:

  • Products located outside the continental United States (unless specifically approved in writing).

  • Freight damage caused by the carrier.

  • Damage caused by repairs or modifications attempted by anyone other than an authorized McORE technician.

  • Damage resulting from neglect, misuse, abuse, or failure to follow the owner’s manual.

  • Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to foam, padding, upholstery, cables, or cosmetic scratches.

  • Failures caused by external events (theft, fire, flood, earthquake, power outages, etc.).

  • Costs of adjustments, preventative maintenance, or gaining access to any component for repair.

  • Use of the unit in a commercial setting unless covered under a separate McORE Commercial Warranty.


Warranty Void Conditions

This Limited Warranty will be void if:

  • Aftermarket or non-genuine McORE parts are used.

  • The product is misused, improperly assembled, or maintained outside McCORE’s published guidelines.

  • The product is used in commercial applications under a residential warranty.

  • Unauthorized repairs are performed.


What We Will Do

At its discretion, McCORE will provide free repair or replacement of any defective part or product that has been installed, used, and maintained normally within the warranty period. Replacement parts may be refurbished or functionally equivalent to the original.

If repair or replacement is not feasible, McCORE may choose to refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of the defective product.

McCORE is not responsible for costs associated with product removal, disposal, reinstallation, or delivery of replacement units.


What You Must Do

To initiate a warranty claim:

  1. Contact hello@mcorefit.com with:

    • Your original sales receipt (proof of purchase)

    • Order number and purchase date

    • Written description of the issue

    • Photos or video of the defect (if requested)

  2. McCORE Support will provide instructions, troubleshooting steps, and, if applicable, a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  3. You may be required to ship defective parts back to McCORE or its designated facility. Costs of access, disassembly, and reinstallation are the customer’s responsibility.


Limitations on Implied Warranties

This Limited Warranty replaces all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. No dealer, distributor, or service provider is authorized to modify or extend this warranty on behalf of McCORE.

McCORE shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, lost profits, or property damage. In any case, McCORE’s liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the defective product.


Legal Rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state or country. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of incidental damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
