McORE Limited Warranty

McORE Fit, Inc. (“McORE”) warrants to the original purchaser that its products and component parts are free from defects in materials and workmanship for the periods specified below. This Limited Warranty applies to residential and studio use only, unless otherwise stated.


Coverage

  • Frame & Structural Parts
    Covered against defects in materials or workmanship for 5 years from the original purchase date.

  • Moving Components (springs, wheels, straps, pulleys)
    Covered against malfunction due to defects in materials or workmanship for 1 year from the original purchase date.

  • Electronics & Display Modules (if equipped)
    Covered against malfunction due to defects in materials or workmanship for 1 year from the original purchase date.

  • Upholstery & Padding
    Covered for 6 months against manufacturing defects, including tears, separation, or faulty stitching.


Warranty Limitations

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • Products located outside the continental United States, unless specifically approved by McORE in writing.

  • Freight or shipping damage caused by the carrier.

  • Damage caused by repairs or modifications attempted by anyone other than an authorized McORE technician.

  • Damage resulting from neglect, misuse, abuse, improper assembly, or failure to follow the owner’s manual.

  • Normal wear and tear, including foam, padding, upholstery, cables, or cosmetic scratches.

  • Failures caused by external events such as theft, fire, flood, earthquake, or power outages.

  • Costs associated with adjustments, preventative maintenance, or gaining access to components for repair.

  • Use of the product in a commercial setting, unless covered under a separate McORE Commercial Warranty.


Warranty Void Conditions

This Limited Warranty may be void if:

  • Aftermarket or non-genuine McORE parts are used.

  • The product is misused, improperly assembled, or maintained outside McORE’s published guidelines.

  • The product is used commercially under a residential warranty.

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications are performed.


What McORE Will Do

At its discretion, McORE will provide repair or replacement of a defective part or product that has been properly installed, used, and maintained within the applicable warranty period.

Replacement parts may be refurbished or functionally equivalent to the original.

If repair or replacement is not feasible, McORE may elect to refund the purchase price in exchange for return of the defective product.

McORE is not responsible for costs associated with product removal, disposal, reinstallation, or delivery of replacement units, except where otherwise required by applicable law.


How to Make a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim:

  1. Contact hello@mcorefit.com and provide:

    • Proof of purchase

    • Order number and purchase date

    • A description of the issue

    • Photos or video of the defect, if requested

  2. McORE Support will provide troubleshooting assistance and, when applicable, a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions.

  3. You may be required to return defective parts to McORE or its designated facility. Costs associated with access, disassembly, and reinstallation are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise required by applicable law.


Limitations on Implied Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, this Limited Warranty replaces all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

No dealer, distributor, or service provider is authorized to modify or extend this warranty on behalf of McORE.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, McORE shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages, including loss of use, lost profits, or property damage. McORE’s liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the affected product.


Legal Rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state or country.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of incidental or consequential damages, so some of the limitations above may not apply to you.
